Left Bank Designs is a full-service design firm, which means: we meet with the client, listen to their needs and wants for their space/home, come up with different options to meet those requirements. Once choices are made, we coordinate with the contractor and/or others to create the space desired. Pricing is transparent, orders are placed, and the process begins. As a full-service design firm, we work with you, the architect, the engineer, the contractor, the artisans, whom ever it takes to meet your vision, and we work with budgets. The final project will be what you imagined.
Our principal designer, Elana Martin, has more than 23 years experience designing comfortable surroundings our of clients’ unique spaces. Her vision and craft reach across residential, commercial and hospitality projects, where she extends her professional, detailed touch to meet a range of styles and budgets. Elana holds degrees in Business Administration and Interior Design, and is LEED (Leadership in Environment and Energy Design) accredited professional.
Such work includes a Jack Nicklaus Signature Destination Golf Course, (Dismal River, Mullen, Nebraska), a rustic 18,000 square foot club house interior and each of the resort’s one to four bedroom cabins. She also brought a classically warm sportsmen’ atmosphere to a secluded, top-ranked North American Fly Fishing Lodge; and has shared her transformative concepts throughout multiple private residence remodels.
Elana draws on her years abroad in Europe and Asia to create designs that incorporate the timeless themes of architecture, joining them with latest in interior finishes and elemental advances. Her goal is to help clients visualize their design objectives and apply her skilled experience to bring them to reality.
